Like much of the industry at present, we are facing persistently high and difficult‑to‑predict energy and ancillary costs, which particularly affect our production, testing, and logistics processes. Despite extensive internal measures, it is currently not possible to fully absorb these additional burdens.

For this reason, we are compelled to introduce a temporary energy cost surcharge of 1.5% on the respective net invoice amount, effective immediately.

This surcharge will be shown as a separate line item and is expressly intended as a temporary measure. Naturally, it will be withdrawn as soon as the overall conditions ease sustainably. With this approach, we aim to maintain price stability for our products while transparently, fairly, and clearly accounting for exceptional external cost factors.
