The surcharge is shown separately and transparently on every invoice and is expressly intended as a temporary measure.
Why This Surcharge?
Like much of the industry at present, we are facing persistently high and difficult-to-calculate energy and ancillary costs, which particularly affect our production, testing and logistics processes. Despite intensive internal measures, these burdens cannot currently be fully absorbed.
For this reason, we find ourselves obliged to temporarily levy an energy cost surcharge of 1.5% on the respective net invoice total.
Our Principles

Transparency
The surcharge is shown separately on every invoice – clearly identifiable and easy to follow.

Time Limit
The measure is explicitly temporary. We will withdraw it promptly as soon as conditions ease on a sustained basis.

Price Stability
With this approach, we aim to safeguard the price stability of our products while fairly reflecting exceptional external cost factors.

Fairness
No blanket price increases – instead, a separate, transparent breakdown of the actual costs incurred.
